Great Canadian Toronto drawn to scale

Great Canadian Casino Resort Toronto is a casino with a hotel at 1133 Queens Plate Drive in Etobicoke, next to Woodbine Racetrack. Its machine count, 4,500+ slot machines and e-tables, is the largest of the five casinos on this ruler, drawn at one block per 100 machines.

The figures on the ruler

Counted on October 9, 2026, the casino's own page shows 4,500+ slot machines and e-tables. On the drawing they become rows of blocks, one block per 100 machines, with a part block for the remainder. The same counter shows 164 table games, one tile each.

Hotel rooms come next: 400 rooms and suites, stacked as a tower with one floor per 20 rooms. The Theatre is a 5,000 person theatre, drawn in blocks of seats that each hold 100 people.

Computed by the site as of October 9, 2026, each of these four figures is the largest of the five casinos in this guide. The resort opened on June 20, 2023, next to Woodbine Racetrack. The original Casino Woodbine building is now called the Grandstand Casino.

On the floor

High-limit play has its own area: 210+ slot machines, 15 multi-game electronic video poker and blackjack games and 25+ live table games. Table minimums there start at $100. The High Limit Table Room is reached by the elevators at The Theatre entrance.

Lower stakes sit elsewhere. The $15 blackjack games are only on Level Two, in the low limit room.

Poker is in the Grandstand Casino, on Level Two, and the room is open 24/7. Games listed are No Limit from 1/3 up to 10/20, 20/40 Omaha half-kill and PLO. Rake is 10% to a maximum of $20. No current table count exists, so the drawing shows the poker room as a room, not as tables.

Anika Sethi, the drawn host, holds a board with the table count beside the section on the floor, a folding rule under her arm. Her board reads: 164 table games.

Hotel, theatre and food

The hotel has 400 rooms and suites. Check-in begins at 4 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. Anyone 19 or older can book a room; children may stay but may not enter 19+ areas. The resort fee is $19.99 plus tax per night.

Accessible seats for The Theatre, a 5,000 person theatre, are sold through Ticketmaster, and their location varies by show. Restaurants listed at the resort are Chopsticks Noodlehouse, Lobby Bar Grab & Go, Casual Toronto, Copperhorn Meet House Toronto, Lobster Legend Noodle Bar, The Northern Lights Bar and Pizzaiolo.
